I used PSP 2023 but any version of Paint Shop Pro should work. You need a basic knowledge of Paint Shop Pro for this tutorial.

I used the PTU artwork of Laguna called "Bunny riding a hen" which you can purchase at PFD here. You must have a license to use this artwork.

I used a PTU kit from Hania called Country Life that you can get at PFD here

I used a FTU mask from Lori's PSP Graphics #1170 you can get here 

Font is called Curly Stars

Open a blank canvas 800x800

Selections select all

Copy paper 6 and paste into selection then select none

Apply your mask ungroup layers merge down

Resize tube to 25% place bottom center

Resize element 94 to 50% place to the right

Copy element 42 place to the left

Resize element 115 to 25% place beside barn

Resize element 125 to 40% place to the left behind the fence

Resize element 51 to 50% place to the left

Resize element 45 to 50% place to the right

Resize element 19 to 50% place to the right

Resize element 16 to 50% place to the right

Resize element 101 to 30% place in back of truck

Resize element 127 to 25% place in front of apple basket

Resize element 108 to 40% place to the right

Add red Happy Spring wordart to the top

Paste in front of paint cans duplicate layer twice

Resize element 4 to 20% and paste beside the dragon in the egg layer duplicate and move behind the egg

Resize element 6 to 20% and paste beneath the large mushroom

Resize element 17 to 20% and paste on top of branch of element 6

Resize element 31 to 15% and paste where ever you like  

Paste element 32 on top of mask layer and move to the top left duplicate layer mirror horizontal
