I used PSP 2023 but any version of Paint Shop Pro should work. You need a basic knowledge of Paint Shop Pro for this tutorial.

I used the PTU exclusive artwork of Kajenna called "V_Day" which you can purchase at PFD here. You must have a license to use this artwork.

I used a FTU kit from My Tagging Addiction called "Day of Love" that you can get here.

I used a FTU mask from Mizteeque #56 that you can get here.

Font is called Elizabella

Drop shadow used is 2,2,50,10

Refer to tag for placement

Open a blank canvas 800x800

Selections select all

Copy paper 8 paste into selection select none

Apply mask ungroup layers merge down

Resize frame 4 to 75% use magic wand to click inside frame

Resize paper 3 to 50% paste as a new layer

Selections invert delete select none

Resize element 2 to 50% place behind frame on the bottom right side where only a few roses are showing

Duplicate layer mirror horizontal

Continue duplicating layers and moving around around frame

Resize element 14 to 55% place to the right
