Duplicate both layers again and put under the other grass layers

Resize element 18 to 50% movie to right side on top of grass 

Layer duplicate mirror horizontal 

Resize element 35 to 35% paste and move in front of purple flowers

Paste element 14 on top of mask layer behind the other elements and duplicate several times moving each layer to cover the top of the mask

Paste element 25 on top of mask layer and move to the top right

Paste element 12 and move under the grass layers duplicate and move to the other side

Resize your tube to 25% and paste on top of your grass layer

Resize element 3 to 25% and paste on the rock to the right beneath the purple flowers

Resize element 2 to 25% and paste on the rock to the left beneath the purple flowers

Resize element 1 to 20% and paste to the left in front of the pink flowers

Resize element 4 to 20% and paste beside the dragon in the egg layer duplicate and move behind the egg

Resize element 6 to 20% and paste beneath the large mushroom

Resize element 17 to 20% and paste on top of branch of element 6

Resize element 31 to 15% and paste where ever you like  

Paste element 32 on top of mask layer and move to the top left duplicate layer mirror horizontal

Paste element 33 under your tube layer
